Physical Therapy
At Thrive Strength and Rehab, physical therapy is designed to provide individualized, one-on-one care focused on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting long-term function.
All services are provided by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and delivered in a convenient in-home setting, allowing for care that is personalized to your environment and daily needs.
How to Access Physical Therapy
You have two options for receiving physical therapy services:
Option 1: Use Your Insurance (Through Luna PT)
If you would like to use your health insurance, physical therapy services are provided through Luna, a mobile outpatient physical therapy platform.
- Most major insurance plans accepted
- In-home visits
- Same clinician (me) when available
- Scheduling and billing handled through Luna
This option is ideal if you prefer to use your insurance benefits for care. Click the button below to submit your basic info, and Luna Concierge will reach out to you to schedule your initial consult.
Option 2: Cash-Pay Physical Therapy (Direct Care)
For those who prefer a more flexible, direct-care model, cash-pay physical therapy is available through Thrive Strength and Rehab.
- $150 for evaluation, 60 minute consult
- Follow-up visits range from $80-$100, depending on frequency and pre-payment
- One-on-one, uninterrupted care
- No insurance restrictions or visit limits
- Fully individualized treatment and progression
This option allows for greater flexibility in frequency, treatment approach, and long-term planning. This option is also typically more affordable if you have a high deductible and are not likely to meet it. PT visits through insurance before you’ve met your deductible are often $200-$400 per visit.
Important Considerations
- If you are currently enrolled in Medicare, I am unable to provide cash-pay physical therapy services due to federal regulations.
- In this case, you are still able to receive care through Luna with all regular Medicare and most Medicare advantage.
